How to report (permit) disposal facility |

| (1) Disposal
facility installation report
(permission) form (Refer to
Figure 1) |
| (2) Annotation
to the form: Upon the application
for the installation of wastewater
disposal facility, facility
for the disposal of more than
50 tons/day and facility to
be installed in the area whose
classification is over clean
area come under permission and
the other cases come under report.
Process takes 10 business days.

Presidential decree requires
that the one who wants to install
disposal facility should get
permission from or report to
the Minister of Environment.

filing date, the name of applicant’s
(reporter’s) representative
and competent authority
* Required documents
(1) Map showing the location
of the disposal facility &
wastewater disposal process
flow and plane figure of the
business are required. The arrangement
of disposal facility & prevention
facility should be shown with
the flow expressed with arrow
marks and the title of the facilities
of each process stated. And,
the location of water flow meter,
wastewater treatment facility
flow meter & sample-collection
and the connection pipe between
water and drain should be indicated.
(2) Detailed statement of material
(including water) consumption
& product output and estimate
statement of pollutant generation
are required. Water, detergent
and wax are included in material.
Detailed consumption should
be stated in terms of day, month
and year. Product output means
the number of car-washing.
